Dear Parents
The school is keen to organize an 11 day trip to “NASA - The Space Exploration” during the month of March 2012 as the session 2011-12 ends. It is an educational and action packed program in the United States of America. At the Kennedy Space Centre students will have the opportunity to learn about NASA and the past, present and future of space exploration. A highlight of the visit will include an up close tour of the NASA’s launch and landing facilities including a chance to view a space shuttle launch! A three day educational program at the KSC is compiled with a fun day out at Disney’s Hollywood Studios followed by an educational and cultural field trip program to the US visiting New York City. Students with explore the iconic locations visiting the many famous sights. Highlights include a visit to the Empire State Building, the State of Liberty, Times Square and the Ellis Island.
The students shall be escorted by the teachers of our school.
The total cost of the tour shall be One Lac and Sixty Four Thousand (Rs.1, 64,000/-) which includes the following:
· Air fare and taxes
· Accommodation in 3* &4* hotels on quad sharing basis
· Bus package and transfers
· Breakfast at the Hotel Coffee shop
· Lunch & Dinner – local/American Cuisine
· 24 Hr Emergency contact

Parents who are keen to avail this opportunity for their wards may send us their consent letter by fax(0130-2340907) of e-mail(contact@dps.in) and remit the amount of Rs. 1,64,000/- latest by 31 November, 2011. We shall entertain no entry beyond 31 November, 2011 to avoid the confusion.
Kindly also ensure to deposit the passport along with the consent form and the amount, to facilitate the visa progress.
