• Parents may call their wards on all days.

• Note: -
  • Boarders may access and send email regularly.
  • Parents are allowed to meet/take their ward out on 2nd Saturday of every month. The Boarders must report back latest by Sunday before 5 PM in summers and before 4 PM in winters and those boarders who avail the school bus facility must report back to the warden before school hours on Monday. No telephonic permission will be granted. Kindly fax the permission letter at 0130-2340907 duly signed or sends scanned email bearing parents sign at contact@dps.in. at least 2 days prior to the outing.
  • Parents are requested to adhere to the telephone timings. Parents calling out of the turn may not be accessible to their wards unless prior permission is taken.
  • Parents who wish to avail the school transport for the monthly outing must put forward the request in the first week of the month. The school transport department reserves the right to cancel the facility if the request comes after the time frame. This is due to the limited seats in the daily bus.
