The school is organizing a trip to Movie Time, Rajouri Garden, Delhi to view Ra- One for students of Nur. – XI on 14 Nov 2011 to celebrate Children’s Day.

Kindly note the instructions for the same:

1)      Parents should send a consent form (on website) filled with the charges latest by 7 Nov 2011.

2)      The students should carry refreshments/ snacks and water bottles and can enjoy their food on the way to & fro. Although a combo of Pepsi and popcorn will be served in the movie hall.

3)      They should be neatly dressed in school uniform with I-cards.

4)      They should not carry any money as they will not be allowed to purchase anything from vendors.

5)      They should not carry any mobile phones, cameras or other objectionable items. If confiscated, it will not be returned back.

6)      School will remain closed for Class – XII and students not going for the movie.

7)      Buses will ply on normal routes. Timings are attached along.

TRANSPORT

DELHI – D 5 route will ply on the normal timings in the morning and afternoon.

All other Delhi buses will ply an hour late in the morning and usual time in afternoon.

NARELA – All Narela buses will ply an hour late in the morning and reach an hour late in afternoon..

SONEPAT – All Sonepat buses will ply at usual time in the morning and 2 hours late in the afternoon.

BARAUT & BAGHPAT – The buses will ply at usual time in morning and reach 2 hours late in the afternoon.

The quiz has been designed for the students of Nursery to Vth standard.

Different topics for the quiz are:

c)      Mathematics Quiz

d)     English Quiz

e)      Science Quiz

f)       Computer Quiz

Conditions Governing the Contest:

1)      All participating students will have to pay Rs.50 per subject as a fee for the quiz.

2)      One student can participate in different subjects and in that case he/she has to pay Rs.50 per subject for the quiz.

3)      It is an inter – school quiz competition, first round of the quiz will be held in the school itself and the top scoring students from different categories will be selected for the final Inter school round of the contest.

4)      There will be a written test of one hour duration and shall comprise of MCQ’s, true & false, fill in the blanks, short questions & answers, etc. ( The test will be designed keeping in mind the level of school studies and knowledge of the students about the subjects).

5)      Participants of Puzzle’s Quiz and Colour’s Quiz are required to bring their colours on the day of the quiz.(The quiz includes Puzzle’s drawing and other fun solving materials).

6)      Checking and processing of result will be done by Procom.

7)      The fees for the contest along with consent slip should be submitted to the Class Teacher positively on 12 October 2011.

The school is keen to organize an 11 day trip to “NASA - The Space Exploration” during the month of March 2012 as the session 2011-12 ends. It is an educational and action packed program in the United States of America. At the Kennedy Space Centre students will have the opportunity to learn about NASA and the past, present and future of space exploration. A highlight of the visit will include an up close tour of the NASA’s launch and landing facilities including a chance to view a space shuttle launch!
